Research Intern

Research Intern

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented research intern with an academic background or demonstrated interest in bioacoustics, biodiversity monitoring, conservation technology, ecology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk research on bioacoustics, biodiversity, conservation technology, and environmental issues.

  • Review and summarize scientific literature, reports, and datasets.

  • Support fact-checking and the preparation of research-informed content.

  • Organize findings clearly and maintain accurate records of sources.

  • Assist with background research for conservation projects and communications.

Requirements

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • An academic background or strong interest in bioacoustics, biodiversity monitoring, ecology, environmental science, or a related discipline.

  • Ability to assess sources critically and summarize technical information clearly.

  • Familiarity with academic research methods and scientific literature is an advantage.

Internship Details

  • Compensation: Unpaid

  • Duration: Minimum commitment of six months

  • Hours: Part-time, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week
