Project Management Intern
Project Management Intern
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Rainforest Connection’s projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the core team with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and project progress.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain organized project documentation, calendars, and status updates.
Coordinate information across teams and help keep stakeholders aligned.
Identify potential delays, dependencies, or operational challenges.
Assist with research, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
Familiarity with project management platforms and collaborative tools is an advantage.
Previous experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a related area is beneficial.
An interest in conservation, technology, nonprofit work, or environmental projects is an advantage.
Internship Details
Compensation: Unpaid
Duration: Minimum commitment of six months
Hours: Part-time, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week
