Marketing Intern

About

Support our marketing and business development teams with research, content, outreach, and partner coordination. You’ll help create campaigns, prepare decks, manage CRM data, and analyze performance to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Please see below a list of the key responsibilities for this role.

  • Assist with content: social posts, newsletters, blogs, basic video/snippet edits

  • Help build decks, one‑pagers, and case studies for partners and donors

  • Conduct market/partner research; compile prospect lists and briefs

  • Update CRM (contacts, pipelines); draft outreach emails; schedule meetings

  • Track campaign KPIs; prepare weekly reports and insights

  • Support events/webinars and community activations

  • Coordinate simple website updates and asset organization

Qualifications

Your qualifications may include, but are not limited to…

  • Strong writing and organization; clear, concise communication

  • Comfort with Google Workspace; basic Canva/Slides; bonus: simple video tools

  • Curious, proactive, detail‑oriented; able to juggle multiple tasks

  • Interest in conservation, sustainability, or social impact

  • Experience with PM & CRM (Clickup), Mailchimp, or social schedulers

  • Basic analytics (GA4, social insights) and spreadsheet skills

  • Design basics (Canva/Figma) or light video editing (CapCut/Premiere)
